Evaluating benefit equity among users of an Employee Assistance Program: Upcoming WorkReach EASNA Re
In the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field “benefit equity” refers to the equitable distribution of benefits among the different types of employees covered by an assistance program. The article also reports on findings from a benefit equity evaluation conducted by WorkReach in collaboration with a Canadian EAP vendor. Stay tuned for the publication!
